Kult 10 4G smartphone launched with 3 GB RAM at Rs 7,999

Kult, a new telecom brand has partnered with Wintron (an ODM) to launch its first affordable 4G smartphone in India. The smartphone is called the Kult 10 and it packs in budget hardware along with some interesting features that should make it a hit in the budget 4G range. The device will be available from 15 December and is exclusively available on Snapdeal.

Design-wise the smartphone looks pretty much minimalist with just the power and volume controls jutting out on the left side of the device. Inside, we find the a quad-core 64-bit chipset (not specified) that also packs in a hefty 3 GB of RAM. There’s 16 GB of internal storage and the smartphone also allows for SD memory card expansion supporting cards all the way up to 128 GB.

Coming to the display, it is a 5 inch HD unit that packs in 1280 x 720 pixels as is protected by Asahi’s Dragontail glass. On the back we have a 13 MP camera that features anti-shake, face detection and manual focus and more. On the front, we have a 5 MP unit for selfies.

For the connectivity options, we have 4G and 3G bands, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The Kult 10 boots to Android 5.1 Lollipop and presents an almost stock UI. Kult also promises an upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow when available.
