Redmi Note 10T 5G: With the launch of its first-ever 5G Redmi Note smartphone in India today, Xiaomi has expanded its Redmi Note series. The Chinese behemoth has introduced the Redmi Note 10T 5G in India, as promised. It has a MediaTek CPU, a 90Hz display, and a triple-camera system, among other features. Specifications & Features
It’s worth noting that the Redmi Note 10T 5G is simply a rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G, which Xiaomi released earlier this year in China and the rest of the world.
The Redmi Note 10T 5G features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate on the front. It has a resolution of 2400 x 1080p. The 8MP selfie camera is housed in a punch-hole cutout in the middle.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Note 10T has a three-camera system on the rear. For portrait photos, it has a 48MP main sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. It also includes a dual-LED dual-tone flash and can record movies in 1080p at 30 frames per second.
The MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, which is an octa-core CPU based on the 7nm architecture, is found within the Note 10T 5G. It comes with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and up to 6GB of RAM, as well as up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It also has a dedicated MicroSD slot for up to 1TB of storage expansion.
There’s also a large 5,000mAh battery inside, which supports 18W rapid charging. Other features include dual-SIM compatibility, with both SIM cards supporting 5G networks, a fingerprint sensor on the side, a 3.5mm audio socket with Hi-Res audio support, and a USB-C connector for charging and data transmission.
Marvelous Metallic Blue, Magnificent Mint Green, Classy Chromium White, and Gorgeous Graphite Black are the four colour options. It comes pre-installed with MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.
Availability and Price
The Redmi Note 10T 5G is available in two pricing variants. The top-of-the-line model, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, costs Rs 15,999, while the entry-level model, with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, costs Rs 13,999.
Xiaomi’s official website, Amazon India, and offline retail outlets will begin selling the smartphone on July 26 in India.
