Instagram Started The Payment Service in these Two Countries, learn how will work

Social Media Platform Instagram also introduced the payment service. Through this service users can enjoy the convenience of shopping without leaving the Instagram App. With the introduction of payment features, Instagram users will be able to avail the facility of shopping and chatting facility on the same platform. Earlier, WhatsApp also added Payment Features ‘Unified Payment Interface’ (UPI) to the app. According to media reports, this facility of Instagram is currently available to select users from the US and UK.

This way will work: In order to take advantage of the Instagram’s payment service, users will see an option of payment settings in their Instagram App’s settings option. After that users can enter their credit or debit card details by going to profile option. To keep information safe, users can lock it through a security pin. After making payment settings, users will be able to avail the facility of shopping, hotel booking, movie ticket booking, food order etc. along with the help of these features of Instagram.

These services are also available on these platforms: Before Instagram, Facebook’s associate company WhatsApp also introduced this facility. However, with the help of WhatsApp Payment Features, you can only transfer or receive payment. You will not get the benefit of shopping or other facilities on this. Apart from this, Instagram’s main competitor Snapchat has also introduced the payment service ‘snapcash’.

Assuming media reports, a restaurant booking app called Race has announced the first to join this payment feature of Instagram. In which Instagram users will be able to book this restaurant table through Instagram. There is currently no official information about the launch of this facility in India, but media reports believe this service can start in India by the end of this year.
