Asus Launches ExpertBook B1402 and B1502 Business Laptops with 12th-Gen Intel Processors

Asus has recently added two new laptops to its ExpertBook portfolio in India – the B1402 and B1502. These laptops have been designed to cater to the needs of modern working professionals and are equipped with the latest 12th Gen Intel processors. Let’s take a closer look at what these new laptops offer.

Asus ExpertBook B1402 and B1502 Laptops: Details

The ExpertBook B1402 and B1502 are military-grade certified and have undergone rigorous torture tests, ensuring their durability and longevity. Both laptops come with a spill-proof keyboard and a 180-degree flat hinge design. The B1402 even features Asus’ Numpad 2.0, integrated into the trackpad for easy number input and enhanced functionality. 

Meanwhile, the B1502 offers a fingerprint scanner with Windows Hello integration for added security.

With a 14-inch LED display and 220 nits of brightness, the B1402 boasts an 81% screen-to-body ratio and Full HD screen resolution. The B1502, on the other hand, features a 15.6-inch FHD LED display with 220 nits of brightness and an 83% screen-to-body ratio. Both laptops have anti-glare properties that reduce reflections and provide a comfortable viewing experience.

Powered by up to the 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1255U processor, the B1402 and B1502 offer up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD. They also come equipped with Intel Iris Xe graphics, ensuring they can easily handle even the most demanding workloads. The dual cooling vents on these laptops stay cool even under intensive use.

Other features of these laptops include a camera privacy shield, dedicated TPM 2.0, Hi-fidelity audio, and Dirac audio tuning with stereo speakers, a backlit keyboard, segment-first dual USB-C ports, TUV Rheinland Blue Light certification, ASUS Business Manager, Expert Widget, among others.

The B1402 and B1502 come with a 42Whr battery with 65W USB-C PD charging and support for Windows 11. A variety of connectivity options are also available with the laptop, including Wi-Fi 6E with ASUS Wi-Fi Master Premium, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB 2.0 port, a USB 3.2 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, an HDMI 1.4 port, an RJ-45 Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Asus has not yet disclosed the official pricing for the B1402 and B1502 laptops. However, they will soon be available through all leading Commercial PC Channel Partners.
