Samsung Galaxy S22 Lineup is Getting One UI 5.0 Beta in India

One UI 5.0 Beta in India: The Samsung Galaxy S22 Lineup was introduced in February of this year.

According to a community post on Samsung’s official site, the Samsung Galaxy S22 series has started receiving the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta in India. In the subcontinent, the beta update is available with the build version S908EXXU2ZVHK. According to the screenshots released, it also provides the August 2022 Android security patch to the Galaxy S22 series. According to reports, the One UI 5.0 beta upgrade in India is little around 3GB in size. The Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra are all part of the Galaxy S22 series.

A member on Samsung’s official site reported that the South Korean tech giant has begun distributing the One UI 5.0 beta update for Android 13 to Indian versions of the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. The S908EXXU2ZVHK build version of the latest beta update is available in the country.

The user also included a couple of images of the brand-new One UI 5.0 beta update in the post. The screenshots show that the update applies the Android security patch for August 2022 to the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. Its size is just about 3GB. Additionally, according to the article, users will be able to select from up to 16 color schemes based on the wallpaper with the upcoming update. According to the images, Samsung has also advised customers to back up their data before upgrading their cellphones. Since the user interface is currently in development, some functionalities might not work everywhere.

Furthermore, tipster SuperRoader (@RoderSuper) has revealed on Twitter that the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 stable version would be handed out to Samsung Galaxy S22 series handsets on October 17 or October 19. According to a source from June of this year, the stable version of the One UI 5.0 would be given out to all eligible Galaxy phones in October.

Samsung began sending out the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta in Germany earlier this month. The upgrade was only available to the first 500 Galaxy S22 series owners for a short time. The update was being sent out in Germany with the build version S90xBXXU2ZHV4. Samsung has yet to provide a firm release date for the stable version of One UI 5.0. The business has yet to release a list of devices that will work with the latest version of One UI.
