OnePlus updated its strategy this year, releasing only one flagship, the OnePlus 10 Pro. While many people are expecting a plain OnePlus 10 and perhaps an Ultra variant, a fresh piece of information dispels these rumors. Instead, with the release of the OnePlus 10T, we may witness the return of the “T” branded phones. Here’s what to expect.
Rather than the OnePlus 10, why not the OnePlus 10T 5G?
OnePlus will introduce the OnePlus 10T 5G this year, according to famous tipster Max Jambor, who has a track record of mainly providing reliable OnePlus-related information. The OnePlus 10T 5G will be the company’s final flagship till 2022. If this happens, the “T” branded OnePlus phones, which were discontinued the OnePlus 8T in 2020, would be reintroduced.
Final name of the next and only flagship phone coming this year: OnePlus 10T 5G

Whether this information is correct, indicates that there will be no OnePlus 10 or OnePlus 10 Ultra, both of which have been heavily reported in the past. Nonetheless, OnePlus is releasing another flagship phone, fulfilling its “two flagships per year” norm that it has been following since the debut of the OnePlus 9 series.
We don’t know what to expect from the rumored OnePlus 10T 5G. However, if it is a flagship phone, we may anticipate it to be powered by the most recent Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU. The phone might potentially support the company’s 150W fast charging technology, which was introduced with the OnePlus 10R.
The OnePlus 10T is also believed to have several similarities with the OnePlus 10 Pro, such as the same cameras or the 120Hz Fluid AMOLED display. The design might be the same, but considering that OnePlus altered this element the last time (remember how the OnePlus 8 series and the 8T looked different? ), a design update could also be in the works.
You should be aware that these are merely rumors, and we have no idea what OnePlus has planned. We will most likely learn more about OnePlus’ ambitions in the coming future.
