iPhone SE 2022 Price in India: Whenever Apple introduces a new iPhone series, it discontinues some phones and slashes the prices of others. However, the company unexpectedly raised the price of its cheapest, most affordable iPhone model-the iPhone SE 2022-in India with the release of the iPhone 14 series. There has been a price increase of Rs 6,000 for the iPhone SE 2022 (or iPhone SE 3).
The iPhone SE 2022 will cost more in India
At the time of its debut, the 64GB basic edition of the iPhone SE 2022 in India was priced at Rs 43,990. Compared to its initial release price, its price has increased by Rs 6,000 to Rs 49,990. Although the rupee may be strengthening against the dollar, Apple did not explain the price increase.

In fact, with the arrival of the iPhone 14 series in India, Apple discontinued the iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 12 mini, and iPhone 11. In addition, the prices of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 have been decreased to make them more affordable in the nation.
This is quite upsetting for smartphone owners in India, as we normally anticipate price drops in previous-generation devices after the launching of a new portfolio. However, an increase in the price of the iPhone SE 2022 model with the iPhone 14 series in India is perplexing, especially given that the current SE hasn’t sold as well as previous generations.
