Samsung has covertly expanded its Galaxy A line with a new, reasonably priced 5G smartphone. Another version of the Galaxy A23 4G has been quietly revealed as the Galaxy A23 5G. The new phone has four 50MP cameras on the back, Android 12, and other features.
Galaxy A23 5G Details & Features
The Galaxy A23 5G is identical to the low- to mid-range smartphones that Samsung has been releasing recently. The Infinity-V display, which Samsung calls it, has a waterdrop notch and vertically positioned cameras.
It has a Full HD+ screen resolution and a 6.6-inch display. We think it applies to the conventional 60Hz screen because there is no information on support for a high refresh rate. However, the Galaxy A23 has a 90Hz refresh rate.

An octa-core chipset is housed within. Although the name is unknown, it may be a Snapdragon 695 SoC. This has up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage combined. A memory card can increase the storage capacity by up to 1TB.
The Galaxy A23 4G’s camera component is comparable to this one. There is an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, a 50MP primary camera with OIS capability, and a 2MP macro camera. The front camera has an 8MP resolution. We anticipate the Galaxy A23 5G to contain features like Live Focus, bokeh effect support for the front camera, slow-motion videos, digital zoom (up to 10x), and more, even if exact specs aren’t yet available.
It runs Samsung One UI 4.1, which is based on Android 12 and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. Additionally, it supports Bluetooth 5.1, a fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and other features.
Price and Offers
The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is available in two RAM+Storage configurations: 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB, but no pricing information is available. Furthermore, we do not know when it will be available for purchase (even in India). Having said that, we estimate it to be less than Rs 20,000. We anticipate learning more about this. So keep an eye out.
It is available in Black, Blue, Pink Gold, and White.
