Samsung Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy A23 5G: India Launch Set For January 18!

It’s officially official – Samsung is set to launch two new phones in India on January 18: the Galaxy A14 5G and the Galaxy A23 5G! This exciting news comes hot off the heels of their global debuts, and with it comes a host of features that are sure to impress. It has been revealed that the Galaxy A14 5G, introduced recently, will be a part of the launch of the Galaxy A smartphones. Samsung has launched a dedicated microsite for its upcoming Galaxy A smartphones with the tagline, “Amp Your Awesome 5G.” Galaxy A23 5G is highly anticipated, even though it isn’t mentioned.

Featuring Galaxy A14, a 6.6-inch Full HD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the phone was first introduced in August 2022. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

This phone has four cameras on its rear, including a 50MP primary snapper with OIS, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. In addition to an 8MP selfie camera, the Galaxy A23 5G features the No Shake Cam feature for no-blur videos, a 5,000mAh battery, Android 12-based One UI 4.0, and more. There are three colors available for the Galaxy A23 5G: Awesome Black, Awesome Burgundy, and Awesome Green.

In addition to the Galaxy A14 5G’s 6.6-inch 90Hz display, the Galaxy A14 5G also features a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. Besides 50MP triple rear cameras and 13MP front cameras, the Galaxy A14 5G comes with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery. As with the Galaxy A23 5G, the Galaxy A14 5G will come in the same color options.

Regarding pricing, the Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy A23 5G are expected to start at under ₹20,000. However, exact details will be available on January 18 at 12 pm.
