Redmi K50i 5G Officially Launched in India: Full Specifications

Redmi K50i 5G with Dimensity 8100 Processor, 144Hz LCD Display is now Launched in India.

Xiaomi has finally unveiled the new Redmi K50i 5G as part of its Redmi K series launched in India. This will be India’s second Redmi K phone, following the Redmi K20 series, which debuted in 2019. The phone includes a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 CPU, a 144Hz display, 67W rapid charging, and other features.

Redmi K50i 5G Details

The Redmi K50i is another member of the recently announced Redmi K50 series in China. It does, however, have a unique design, with a rectangular camera hump, two large camera housings, and a punch hole in the middle at the front.

A 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 colour gamut, 650 nits of brightness, Dolby Vision, and HDR10 are included. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 is included with the phone.

The Redmi K50i competes with the latest Oppo Reno 8, the Realme GT Neo 3, the OnePlus 10R, and others thanks to its MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. Up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage are supported.

There are three cameras on the back: a 64MP primary camera with a Samsung GW1 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The front-facing camera has a resolution of 16MP. The phone’s camera has 4K films, slow-motion videos, time-lapse, portrait mode, night mode, and other functions.

It includes a 5,080mAh battery and a 67W Turbo quick charger (included) and runs MIUI 13 on Android 12. Xiaomi promises substantial software updates over the next two years. Additionally. There are 12 5G bands supported, an IR Blaster, a USB Type-C connector, an X-axis Linear Motor, a Liquid Cooling 2.0 system, OTG compatibility, an IP53 certification, twin speakers, Dolby Atmos, Bluetooth version 5.3, a 3.5mm audio socket, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and other features.

Xiaomi has also released the Redmi Buds 3 Lite true wireless earbuds, which have a revolutionary lock-in design and are lightweight. There’s also a stylish oval-shaped charging case.

The new Redmi TWS has increased bass, up to 18 hours of listening duration, and supports quick charging. There is also dust and splash resistance, as well as environmental noise cancellation (ENC) support. The earphones also have Bluetooth 5.2 and a USB Type-C connection.
