Oppo has released a new Reno 7 smartphone in Thailand, the Reno 7Z 5G. The smartphone, which joins the Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro, is a mid-range smartphone with a focus on photography capabilities such as Bokeh Flare Portrait and others. Here’s a closer look at the specifics.

Oppo Reno 7Z 5G Specifications and Features

The Reno 7 Z 5G has the Oppo Glow Design of the previous Reno 7 phones, featuring flat sides and a rectangular camera hump with large camera housings. These camera housings are ringed by Dual Orbit Lights, which are beneficial for message and call alerts in addition to increasing the overall looks. There are two colour options available: Cosmic Black and Rainbow Spectrum.

At the rear of the phone, there are three cameras: a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP monochrome lens, and a 2MP macro camera. There’s also a 16MP front-facing camera. Bokeh Flare Portrait, Selfie HDR, AI Color Portrait, and other Portrait mode-related capabilities, as well as Dual-Video mode, AI Scene Enhancement, and more, are among the appealing camera features.

The display of the Reno 7Z 5G is a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED with a low refresh rate. A max brightness of 600 nits is supported by the panel. It comes with an 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.0 storage and is powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G processor. Expandable RAM (up to 5GB), expandable storage (up to 1GB), and USB OTG are all supported.

The phone runs ColorOS 12 on Android 12 and is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC rapid charging. Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth version 5,2, a USB Type-C connector, a 3.5mm audio jack, NFC, an in-display fingerprint reader, Face Unlock, and more are all supported by the Reno 7 Z 5G. Air Gestures are also supported.

Availability and Price

The Oppo Reno 7Z 5G costs Thai Bhat 12,990, which is around Rs 30,000 in Indian currency. However, there is no news on whether it would be available in India.
