Google Pixel Fold Display Leaked: Features and Details

A developer has leaked details about Google’s next foldable smartphone, the Google Pixel Fold. According to the leak, the device will feature a display of 1840 x 2208 and up to 1200 nits of peak brightness. It will also be capable of a high refresh rate.

According to a new leak, the Google Pixel Fold will have an 1840×2208 screen. It could also have a refresh rate of 120Hz. Other specs of the phone are not yet known, but the rumored screen is a step up from the Galaxy Z Fold 2’s 7.6-inch screen.

The phone will also feature a triple camera setup on its back. The primary camera is expected to be a Sony IMX787 sensor. There will also be a Sony IMX386 ultra-wide camera and an S5K3J1 telephoto lens. Moreover, an IMX355 sensor may be hidden within the inner display.

Google has been rumored to release a foldable phone sometime next year. It will likely be called the Pixel Fold and feature a design similar to Oppo Find N. It is also expected to be powered by the Tensor chipset.

Meanwhile, a new leak reveals the display specs of the Google Pixel Fold, citing developer Kuba Wojciechowski (via 91Mobiles). The screen, which Samsung will manufacture, has a resolution of 1840 x 2208 pixels. The device also has a high refresh rate, as it’s supposed to be capable of 120Hz.

The Pixel Fold has been in the making for several years, but no official announcement has been made yet. However, Google has filed multiple patents that show the foldable device opening on a hinge and displaying a secondary display. Aside from a potential foldable display, the patent also teases that the device can fold in three different locations.

The Pixel Fold’s display leaked could resemble the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s display. The device will be launched in 2023, and its codename is Felix. A Tensor chipset will power the phone. It is also rumored to have the first foldable smartphone.

Google Pixel Notepad

Google’s foldable phone is rumored to be on the way, and we may be about to find out more details about it soon. It is rumored to be similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and will feature a foldable display. The device is also expected to include a Google Tensor processor.

According to one report, the Pixel Notepad will launch in the US before being released in other markets. There will be a several-month gap between the US and international release. If all goes well, the device could be available worldwide by the end of 2022. It is a significant change from the previous report, which stated that the Pixel Notepad would be limited to a few markets.

The Pixel Notepad is rumored to come with dual 12-megapixel cameras. While cameras have recently been an issue with foldable smartphones, the Pixel Notepad is expected to have good camera quality. However, it is unknown if the device will feature a dual display. If it does, then it is expected to have a large screen, which may cause it to fold.

If the leak is accurate, the Pixel Notepad will have a screen resolution similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 but shorter than the Galaxy Fold 4’s. The device will feature a dual-screen design, one of the advantages of folding smartphones. It means you can use the screen on the front as a traditional phone or use it like a tablet.
