Next Motorola Flagship Smartphone: The Edge X30 is the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone, according to Motorola. Now, it appears that the business is preparing to release a new flagship phone with a slew of interesting premium features, including 200-megapixel cameras, 120-watt rapid charging, and more.
Motorola’s “Frontier” will be available soon
According to a recent source, Motorola is working on a new flagship smartphone codenamed “Frontier,” which will join the likes of the Xiaomi 12 Pro, OnePlus 10 Pro, the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, and, of course, the Moto Edge X30 on the market.
The smartphone is claimed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile platform, making it the company’s second to use the processor. What’s more fascinating is the rumour that it will include a 200MP primary camera with the freshly unveiled Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor. For those unaware, Motorola was earlier speculated to release a phone with a 200MP camera in the first half of 2022. According to what we’re hearing currently, that might come true.

Other camera specifications include a 50MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto lens, and a 60MP front camera, which is similar to that of the Moto Edge X30.
The phone is also believed to include 125W fast charging, which will be a first for the business and will likely compete with Xiaomi’s 120W fast charging technology, which can be found on the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge and Xiaomi 11T Pro.
It will also include a 6.67-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, Android 12 out of the box, and other features.
While the majority of the information has been leaked online, the phone’s name, launch date, and other features remain under wraps. We’ll provide you with additional information as soon as we have it, so stay tuned.
