The accompanying software has been spruced up for a cleaner look. Snap Note turns photos of printed documents and text into editable text, like an OCR editor. In terms of processing speed, it gets Samsung’s Exynos 5433 chipset.

The Note 4 will run Android 4.4 KitKat at launch and with the proprietary interface on top. Connectivity options on the Note 4 are top-of-the-line too with Wi-Fi ac, GPS with Glonass, NFC, Bluetooth v 4.1 (BLE,ANT+), IR LED, USB 2.0, and MHL 3.0.

The Note 4 has 16 megapixel rear-facing camera and a 3.7 megapixel front-facing camera up to 120 degree wide angle shot. Samsung representatives said that Note 4 has lower power consumption and increased battery life of 7.5 per cent compared to previous model. The battery capacity in Note 4 is 3,220 mAH compared to 3,200 mAh in Note 3.

Samsung’s Gear S, the next iteration in its wearable range, runs the company’s own Tizen instead of Android Wear. It is an IP67 certified wearable that offers dust and water resistance. The smartwatch sports a 2-inch curved Super AMOLED display. One will find support for 3G as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. This Bluetooth-enabled wearable also comes with improved multi-sensors and built-in GPS. The wearable also offers turn-by-turn pedestrian navigation offered by the mapping service HERE, advanced reading technology from Spritz and comes with social media integration. It will also support the Gear apps along with Samsung features like S Voice, Find My Device and Power Saving Mode.
