Oppo K10 Series Officially Launched in China

Oppo K10 Series launched: As previously announced, Oppo has unveiled two new smartphones in China under its K-series, the Oppo K10 and the K10 Pro. The Oppo K10 is the first Oppo smartphone to use the Dimensity 8000-Max processor, while the higher-end K10 Pro 5G uses the Snapdragon 888 chipset. Both include a lot of appealing features, such as an X-axis Linear Motor, a Diamond VC liquid cooling system, and more. Let’s look at the specifics down below.

Oppo K10 Specifications and Features

The Oppo K10 introduced in China appears to be comparable to the Indian edition, which debuted last month with a Snapdragon 695 CPU. It has a 6.59-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and a peak brightness of 600 nits. A 16MP selfie camera is also located inside the punch-hole cutout at the top left.

The Oppo K10 has a triple-camera arrangement on the back, with a 64MP main lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The Oppo K10 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8000-Max processor, which is combined with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There is also a 5,000mAh battery with 67W rapid charging capabilities.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, dual speakers, and a 3.5mm audio connector. The smartphone is available in two hues – Ice Blue and Dark Night – and runs Android 12-based Color OS 12.1.

Oppo K10 Pro Specifications and Features

The higher-end Oppo K10 Pro features a 6.62-inch Full HD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of up to 720Hz. The panel boasts a 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. Like its twin, it sports a 16MP punch-hole selfie snapper in the upper left corner. A 50MP main lens with a Sony AIMX766 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor is located on the rear of the camera.

The Oppo K10 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 processor, which has an Adreno 660 integrated GPU from last year. Up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage are available with the SoC. A 5,000mAh battery is also included, with the capability for 80W rapid charging.

Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos compatibility, a USB-C connector, and a 3.5mm audio connection. It also has 5G compatibility, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2, and runs Color OS 12.1, which is based on Android 12. It comes in two colours: Titanium Black and Sunny Blue.

Availability and Price

When it comes to pricing, the Oppo K10 costs CNY 1,999, while the K10 Pro costs CNY 2,499. The prices for each storage option may be found directly below.

The Oppo K10 series launched and now available for pre-order in China and will be released on April 28. The Oppo Enco Air 2 Pro and the Oppo K9x smart TV were also introduced.
