The iQOO Z6 5G with 120Hz display and Snapdragon 695 SoC has been launched in India.
iQOO has launched the iQOO Z6 5G, a new smartphone in its budget-focused Z series, in India today. The smartphone is a follow-up to last year’s iQOO Z5, and it shares features such as a 120Hz display, a liquid cooling system, and much more. Here are some of the new features that the iQOO Z6 brings to the table.
iQOO Z6 5G Specifications and Features
The iQOO Z6 boasts a 2.5D flat frame design and other aesthetic tweaks. In comparison to the iQOO Z5 and iQOO Z3, it boasts a considerably broader back camera island. The camera hump has two large camera housings and one mini camera housing, as well as an LED flash and 5G branding. The rest of the rear panel is plain, with only the iQOO logo at the bottom. The iQOO Z6 5G is available in Chromatic Blue and Dynamo Black.
The display is a 6.58-inch Full HD+ punch-hole display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and a DCI-P3 broad colour gamut. As previously said, it is powered by a Snapdragon 695 chipset, which is also found in the Realme 9 Pro and the recently introduced Redmi Note 11 Pro+.
It can accommodate up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. And, relying heavily on contemporary RAM extension technology, the iQOO Z6 supports up to 4GB of additional RAM. The iQOO Z6 is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging capabilities. This is much less than the iQOO Z5’s 44W fast charging capabilities.
There is a 50MP Eye Autofocus primary camera with a Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor in the camera section. The front-facing camera has a resolution of 16MP. The gadget includes a Super Night mode, although the 4GB RAM variant does not have it.
The iQOO Z6 also has a 5-layer liquid cooling system, which is said to lower core temperature by up to 10 degrees. The Ultra Game mode with improved sidebar and GPU, battery, and RAM management is available for a better gaming experience. It runs FunTouch OS, which is based on Android 12 and has a USB Type-C connector, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and other features.
