The release date for God of War Ragnarok has been announced.
After the vintage God of War franchise made a significant comeback in a new avatar in 2018, fans have been anxiously awaiting the title’s successor. And now, after four long years of waiting, we have a launch date for God of War Ragnarok. But it isn’t all. Several very unique editions will also accompany the next GOW Ragnarok game.
God of War Ragnarök Release Date
God of War Ragnarok’s announced release date is “November 9, 2022”, keeping with its promise of a late 2022 release timeframe. The game will simultaneously launch on PS4 and PS5. Santa Monica Studio has not yet provided information on gameplay adjustments or the storyline, but you may anticipate some hints from the marketing department in the coming weeks.
You may purchase four special editions of the game in addition to the ordinary one, including the Collector’s Edition, Jotnar Collector’s Edition, Launch Edition, and a Digital Deluxe Edition. Each version of God of War Ragnarok has extra content for the gamers as well as tangible and digital goods.
The Jotnar Edition of GOW Ragnarok, which includes the following, is the most expensive edition.
- A vinyl record,
- Brok’s dice set,
- Steelbook display case
- The Falcon, Bear, and Wolf pin set
- Draupnir ring,
- Yggdrasil cloth map
- 2″ Vanir twins carvings,
- 16″ Mjölnir replica
- Knowledge Keeper’s shrine
However, the Jotnar edition and the collector’s edition do not include the game’s physical discs. You may either buy them separately or download the game digitally. Beginning July 15, 2022, all versions of God of War Ragnarok will be available for pre-order. You may look for the same thing on the PlayStation Store.
