On the hardware side, the HTC A9 features a 5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 617 chip, Adreno 405 GPU, 16 GB of internal storage coupled with 2 GB RAM or 32 GB of internal storage with 3 GB RAM, 13 MP main camera, 4 MP front camera, and a non-removable Li-Ion 2150 mAh battery.
