Bose introduces the Soundlink Flex in India: see pricing and specifications here.

Bose has released its latest Bluetooth speaker in India, the Soundlink Bluetooth speaker series. The Soundlink Flex is priced at Rs 15,900 and will be available at all BOSE premium partner stores, offline retail chains Croma, Reliance, and Vijay sales, as well as Amazon, Flipkart, and TataCliq.

Specifications and features for Soundlink Flex

The speaker is 7.9″ broad, 2.1″ deep, and 3.6″ tall. Black, White Smoke, or Stone Blue are the three color options. The speaker is waterproof and dustproof, thanks to its IP67 rating. It’s made up of two passive radiators that convert vibration into the audio output from the little speaker. The patented digital signal processing (DSP) technology used by Bose reduces distortion, allowing you to hear the genuine, complete sound.

Through Bose PositionIQ technology, the manufacturer claims that the speaker dynamically senses its angle and automatically adjusts to produce uncompromised audio. “Whether the Flex is standing on the kitchen counter, dangling from a backup, or resting flat beside the pool, you don’t need to adjust anything to maintain excellent sound quality,” the business claimed in a press statement.

After an unintentional drop in the bathtub, pool, or ocean, Soundlink’s Flex can float on the water’s surface. The Flex also contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that provides up to 12 hours of playback. It charges through USB-C, and the charging port is strategically situated on the other side of the utility loop, allowing you to charge and play the Flex in any position.

Users will also be able to browse the Bose Connect app, personalize settings, and download the most recent Soundlink Flex software upgrades. The speaker has controls for powering on/off, adjusting volume, connecting to Bluetooth, and playing, pausing or skipping tunes. You may also use the speaker to use your phone’s voice assistant or to take and make calls.

Additionally, customers will be able to connect a second Soundlink Flex or Bose Bluetooth speaker for Stereo Mode (left-right channel) or Party Mode (simultaneous music playback).
