boAt Nirvana Eutopia and More Products Introduce
A collaboration between boAt Nirvana and CEVA has resulted in the release of the Eutopia headphone. As well as spatial audio support, the headphone has head-tracking capabilities, powered by VisiSonics. CEVA MotionEngine is also supported to simulate a 3D space that gives a sense of depth and direction.
Rockerz 330 and 333 ANC neckbands (launched last year) were also shown by BoAt with Crystal Bionic Sound from Dirac Opteo and HD-quality audio. The Rockerz Apex, Nirvana Nebula, and Airdopes Synth with Dirac Virtuo have been teased by boAT and Dirac. They also have a neckband with Dolby technology.
In his words, Sameer Mehta, co-founder, and chief product officer of boAt, said, “boAt Labs is a testament to our commitment to developing truly innovative technologies in India for the world which accentuates user experience. We are closely working with global technology companies like Dolby, Dirac, Mimi, CEVA, and more which offer innovative technologies that will help facilitate and accelerate our engineering efforts with a specific focus on elevating user experience.“
Also on display at CES 2023 is the boAt Nirvana 525 ANC neckband with audio-tuning by Mimi, a first for India. Using the boAt Hearables app, users can create customized EQ settings by taking a hearing test.
As Mehta said, “It is a moment of pride that products designed and engineered in India are now showcased on a world stage like CES.”
