Acer has recently launched a series of laptops at its Global Conference 2023, including the Acer Swift X 16, the Chromebook Spin 714, and more. These laptops come packed with features that cater to various user needs.
Acer Swift X 16 and Chromebook Spin 714: Details
The Acer Swift X 16 boasts a 3.2K 120Hz OLED display, an AMD Ryzen 9 H-series processor, and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 GPU. A redesigned thermal layout with TwinAir cooling and dual D6 copper heat pipes ensures sustained performance. The laptop also offers a multitude of ports and a 1080p FHD camera coupled with Acer’s TNR technology.
On the other hand, the Acer Chromebook Spin 714 is a productivity-centric laptop with a 14-inch 16:10 IPS edge-to-edge WUXGA display, an Intel Evo 13th Gen i7 series processor, and Intel vPro. It has a QHD web camera with a privacy shutter, a dual microphone array, dual upward-firing speakers with DTS Audio certification, and support for a quick-charge stylus and a fingerprint reader. Chrome OS is running on the laptop.
Apart from these, Acer has also launched the Aspire Vero laptop focusing on sustainability, the Predator Triton 17 X and Predator Helios Neo 16 gaming laptops, and the TravelMate series laptops for professionals. The Predator series laptops boast a 250Hz mini LED display. In contrast, the TravelMate series has introduced Acer’s Dust Defender technology to keep dust away from the laptop internals.
In June, these laptops will be available at various price points. The Acer Swift X 16 laptop costs $1,2499, while the Chromebook Spin 714 costs $699.99. Beginning in June, the Predator series, Acer Vero series, and TravelMate series will cost $1,199 (₹98,000), $699.99 (₹58,000), and $849.99 (₹69,700), respectively.
