Acer H Series and Acer S Series Smart TVs Launched: Details

In India, Acer Televisions has announced a new series of S and H Smart TVs. The latest TVs include compatibility with Android TV 11, Dolby Atmos, and MEMC technology. Check the prices and features of the new low-cost smart TVs. 

Acer H Series Details

The new Acer H series includes TVs in 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch sizes. All three have a bezel-free UHD display. Dolby Vision, HDR10+ with HLG, up to 420 nits of peak brightness, 1.07 billion colors, and a broad color gamut+ are all supported.

In addition, UHD Upscaling, Blue Light Reduction, Digital Noise Reduction, Precision Light Reduction, and Intelligent Frame Stabilization Engine (IFSE) are supported.

The TV is equipped with Mali G31 GPU and Cortex A55 processor. It comes with 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM. 3 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 1 USB 3.0 port, and 1 AV output are among the ports. Dual-band Wi-Fi and two-way Bluetooth are also supported.

In terms of audio, the new Acer H series offers 60W of sound power with HiFi Pro speakers that support Dolby Atmos. Through the Google Play Store, Android TV 11 users can access various apps, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and others. There’s also a remote that supports voice assistant, Chromecast, and Google Duo for video chat.

S Series Features

Acer’s S series includes 32-inch and 65-inch models. 32-inch S series TVs have HD screen resolution, 280 nits brightness, 16.7 million colors, and HDRO10+. The 65-inch version offers UHD screen resolution, 420 nits of brightness, 1.07 billion colors, HDRO10+ and HLG.

Other features include Dolby Vision, UHD upscaling (for 65-inch models), micro-dimming, and contrast H-series.

Both have 50W sound output from the HiPower soundbar. There is also Dolby Atmos support. The Acer H series has Android TV 11, a voice assistant as a remote, a Cortex A55 processor, and the same selection of ports.
